This is still occurring with the Jan 8 update, version 5.81 (7702)

Hi Allan,

Thank you for letting us know that you’re still being affected by this. We may not be able to update you via the Community when bugs are fixed due to these threads potentially closing before the bugs are resolved.

Since you have a Support Ticket opened with us though, you can rely on being given an update there. Please keep an eye out for our response there as soon as we have another update for you.

We’ll follow up with our Mobile Team to help escalate this among them as well.
